„Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen
Die Aussicht aus den sehr geräumigen Zimmern, die Betten sowie die Lage.
Im Zimmer und Badezimmer sind überall Haare zu finden gewesen. Selbst in den frischen Handtüchern sind wir fündig geworden. Zudem haben die Bettwäsche und die Tagesdecke ihre besten Zeiten bereits gehabt, denn auch hier haben wir teilweise sehr offensichtliche Flecken finden können, ohne auf die Suche gehen zu müssen. Das Zimmer roch von Beginn an sehr stark nach Chlor, stärker als dass es vom Leitungswasser her stammen könnte (in Panama ist das Leitungswasser teilweise gechlort). Im großen und ganzen war das Zimmer bereits sehr abgewohnt. Als wir am ersten Abend an der Rezeption darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, dass auf dem 19. Stock ein Alarm erklingt, ist man dem angeblichen nachgegangen, zu hören war dieser aber die ganze Nacht und auch am Morgen noch. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar reichhaltig, jedoch wenig ansehnlich angerichtet und durch die Gäste vor uns schon ziemlich durch wüstet. Das dort angebotene Trinkwasser und auch das Teewasser schmeckten stark nach Chlor. Die Tische waren dreckig und überall wurde das Geschirr vorheriger Gäste gesammelt. Highlight war die auf die Tische tropfende Klimaanlage (ähnliches Erlebnis an der Rezeption beobachtet). Wir haben uns nach dem ersten Frühstück dann dazu entschlossen unseren Aufenthalt nicht fortzusetzen und sind mit diesem Entschluss zur Rezeption. Zunächst wurden wir hingehalten mit der Aussage, dass der Supervisor erst am Mittag (4 pm) da sei. Als wir dann um 3 pm wiederkommen sind wusste man nichts mehr von unserem Anliegen und es wurde ein anderer Mitarbeiter vorgeschickt. Auch dieses sah sich mit unserem Anliegen überfordert und verstummte irgendwann. Zunächst wollte man eine Gebühr für die Stornierung, welche wir nicht eingesehen haben. Wir haben dann den Supervisor angefordert und erklärt, dass wir ausschließlich die erste Nacht zahlen werden, ohne zusätzliche Gebühren und weitere Kosten. Der Supervisor kam dem sofort nach und entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich (Vorallem im Restaurant) Eiswürfel und Wasserbehälter defekt. Die Klimaanlage und die Badezimmerlüftung sind miteinander verbunden. Dh man kann sie nicht ausschalten und die Lüftung im Bad ist super laut. Wir konnten kaum schlafen

Well location and huge room
One of the biggest room where I ever stayed with a comfortable and huge sized bed.
The breakfast room is not organized. There are only huge tables available, so if you are two you need to take a table at least for 8 people. The breakfast menu is very limited, the waiting time for omelet is super long. There is almost no vegetarian and vegan option.
